The house is located in Mancha Real town, in front of “Parque de la Salud”, which determines its formalization. The night area is located on the first floor, while the day area is distributed between the ground floor and the attic, all facing the park with terraces and balconies.
A semi-basement floor for a garage allows the ground floor to be raised from the public road and get privacy to locate a first terrace that receives you before acceding the house. A concretstair takes prominence as a sculpture, connecting the living-dining room from the ground floor, the corridor night area on the first floor and the living-dining-kitchen room from the attic floor. An interior patio is created at the first floor level to introduce light and ventilation to the stairs and night area. From this patiogrow a metal pergola that goes up to the roof level, surrounding the exit from the attic floor indoor spaces.
The facade ceramic tiles in wood tones with the plantersvegetation seem to establish a dialogue with the front park natural elements, emphasizing the connection with the house.
