Ricardo Ortega & Asociados is an architecture and interior design studio located in Jaén capital, runs by the architect Ricardo Ortega Rodríguez, who carries out his activity throughout the national territory, individually or associating with other professionals for the development of public competitions and private commissions.
He put faith in the study, research and promotion of contemporary architecture from the design, technical and constructive point of view, considering this working way as essential to be able to offer the client an exclusive and high-quality project, adapted to the current advances.
He tries that clients could find out the architectural possibilities they have in their project construction, restoration, reform and/or decoration, so they could obtain the best possible result with the economic investment they intend to make. They will receive technical advice during all the project stages.
1. EXCLUSIVE DESIGN
A construction, restoration or reform is usually done once in a lifetime!
Thus, an exclusive and personalized design will be offered, far from any type and standard project or conventional design. This idea will be reflected in several virtual images of the project main spaces (3d infographics), so the client could perceives the final result before starting the works construction. Issues related to natural light, night lighting and materials will be detailed. Additionally, if clients wish, they can hire interior design services to define all the rooms down to the last detail.
2. A HIGHLY DETAILED PROJECT
A project with great definition and detail is the key to get a good execution later!
It is guaranteed that the project has a minimum plans number and extensive measurements that allow define all the details and technical aspects, in order to facilitate the construction companies the detailed and exact evaluation of the project to avoid additional economic costs once the work has begun.
3. A PROJECT ADAPTED TO CURRENT TECHNICAL ADVANCES
A project cannot already be technically obsolete before its execution!
The client will be advised on the technical and technological advances of the construction and systems so they could decide which ones include in their project. Topics related to materials, construction techniques, renewable energy, systems, home automation, etc, will be discussed.

A great project is useless without a great construction management!
In the architect's construction management stage, a minimum of site visits is guaranteed, enough for the client to check that everything is being carried out correctly. In addition, a rigorous economic control of the work will be carried out depending on the items that are being executed or those new ones that the client want to introduce, avoiding additional expenses.
