The house is located in Torrenuevatown (Granada). The sea views, light and outdoor space need that owners were looking for,generate the house configuration.
The ground floor is located at street level, generating a parking space on surface and a porch in continuity with the living-dining-kitchen area, which can be incorporated outside through a large folding window. The building setback area required by regulations is added to the porch to create outdoors a large enjoymentspace.
Inside, the house program is articulated with several intermediate levels and gaps between floors where light is filtered through from facade and the roof access. A staircase with wooden steps joins all these spaces and connect with theroof, where you can enjoyanother outdoor space with Motril port and sea views, an infinity pool on facade, solarium and living area with pergola.
The house windowshave outside shutters with adjustable slats, which allow controlling the solar incidence and light. The ceramic tiles in wood and greyish tones solves both the indoor and outdoorhouse floors and pool.
