Located in the luxurious Monte Almendros urbanization in Salobreña (Granada), it is based on a pre-existing home, which is renovated and expanded, generating a large terrace and infinity pool with front sea views. The new volume created is conceived as a balcony overlooking the sea and surrounding landscape.
Internally, the house has two floors with an apartment in each one. A new glazed body is attached to the rear as a hall, containing the staircase and elevator that connects both apartments.
The main rooms, spacious, open-plan and illuminated with large floor-to-ceiling windows, have direct sea views and access to the front terraces, which work as spaces for living, enjoying and transition between inside and outside, partially covered by the deck flights and the large upper pergola.
The white project materiality stands out, both on floors, walls and roofs, with a perimeter stone plinth coating that highlights the house in the mountain as a sculpture.
