ORTIZ ATTIC

The attic comprehensive reform located in Jaéntown center, looked for bright and fluid spaces instead of the excessive partition walls that the attic originally had. It was also important giving the terrace a greater role from inside the house.

The attic access is proposed with a new space consisting of an open living-kitchen-dining area, with direct access to the terrace through a large 6-meter-long window that replaced the three small windows that originally existed. From the terrace you have excellent views to the cathedral and Santa Catalinacastle.

At the end of this open area, there is a curved corridor that connects with three bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom is an open room that contains a large walk-in closet and a bathroom divided into three parts.
