Located on Maestra Street in Mancha Real, this three-story house is the renovation result of the existing one, combined with an extension to its rear elevation.
The contemporary façade stands out and is fitted into the town's historic center with the rhythm and proportion of its voids. The combination of beige cladding and white mortar further accentuates this integration.
In the open space at the plot rear, an oval roof is created around the pool, which blends with the house elevation, creating a continuity of curved shapes at different heights that transforms this space into a small oasis of outdoor enjoyment, hidden within the dense built fabric of the consolidated city.
Interiorly, the house features several double-height connections between the first two floors, specifically in the hall and the living-dining room, creating open spaces with light entering from different points. The large windows in the living room allow you to enjoy inside the backyard with its pool under its striking oval deck, as a backdrop.
